▸ Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India and is selected by default at checkout. You pay in cash when your order arrives.
▸ Is GST included in the price?
Yes. All prices are GST-inclusive, so there is no extra tax added at checkout — the listed price is what you pay.
▸ Are the products new and genuine?
Yes — all gadgets are brand-new, genuine products sourced through authorised channels.
▸ How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–7 business days depending on your location. You'll get an order confirmation by email.
▸ What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is a flat ₹49.00, and free on all orders above ₹499.00.
▸ How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the email you used at checkout. If you have an account, your orders also appear under My Account.
▸ What is your return policy?
We accept returns and replacements for dead-on-arrival (DOA), defective, damaged or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
▸ Do your products come with a warranty?
Eligible products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Any warranty terms and duration are set by the manufacturer; keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
▸ Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven't been dispatched.
▸ How do I pay online?
Cash on Delivery is currently the default. Online payment (UPI, cards, net banking) is being enabled and will appear at checkout once available.
