Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases from ELEVATE COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. To cancel, contact us with your order number.
2. Returns & replacements
Returns and replacements are accepted in these cases, reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video:
- Item arrived dead-on-arrival (DOA) or stopped working out of the box.
- Item arrived damaged (physically broken, or with a manufacturing defect).
- Wrong product or model delivered.
- Item is significantly not as described.
Eligible products are also covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable; for issues that arise later, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
3. Non-returnable
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling or unauthorised repair after delivery.
- Items with missing accessories, packaging or tags, or that show signs of use beyond inspection.
- Minor colour or packaging differences from the catalogue image.
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery (beyond any applicable manufacturer warranty).
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI to details you provide.
5. How to raise a request
Email elevatecommercernc@gmail.com with your order number and photos (for damage claims).
